Living Nativity

Travel to the ancient town of Bethlehem to pay your taxes and be counted in the Roman census. Hear the shepherds talk about the angels’ proclamation. Listen to the prophet talk of signs and wonders. Enjoy the city alive with activity and no room at the inn. Avoid the anger of the Roman soldiers and tax collectors. See the babe asleep in a manger. Experience all this and more at the “Living Nativity.”
8220 Holland Road (M-46) in Saginaw, Michigan. From I-75 take exit 149A. Immanuel Lutheran Church of Frankentrost is located approximately 5 miles east
This is a free 30-minute walk and is mainly an outdoor event, so dress for the weather. A new cement sidewalk is now in place. After the walk-through, everyone is invited to enjoy light refreshments and good fellowship.
This year (2015) we will present our 19th annual “Living Nativity” Walk at Immanuel Lutheran Church. It is inspired by the excitement we have felt as we have discovered for ourselves the good news in God’s Word, and the desire we have to share that excitement with others. Over 300 members and friends of Immanuel annually participate as members of the cast, drivers, guides, planning committee, costume makers, scene construc-tors, publicity workers, musicians, cookie bakers, hosts and hostesses.
